23 November 2007, 1735.50 - 1737.10 UT: 4.5 kHz wide signal with about 9 visible carriers. The Doppler shift was very fast=24 kHz/min.
29 November 2007, 0545 (approx) - 0548.40 UT: Carrier. Inflection point near 2242.482 MHz. Strange shift in frequency near inflection point.
11 December 2007, 1841.06 - 1849.26, I have coloured the trace yellow to make it easier to read on this very slow waterfall.

USA-129 matches the 11 December 2007 observation
. The elset (this is an elset not originating from www.space-track.org) used is:

USA 129
